Bradley R. CurlBrad Curl is an associate who practices primarily in the areas of real estate, construction and transactional law. Mr. Curl joined the firm in 2007 after having practiced real estate, land use, construction and common-interest community law in Telluride, Colorado. Prior to moving to the western slope, Mr. Curl practiced construction litigation in Denver wherein he defended design professionals involved in various design and construction disputes. Mr. Curl also has practical construction project management experience gained from his work for both subcontractors and two of the largest general contractors in the country. Mr. Curl graduated from Baylor University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a minor in Philosophy. He received his law degree in 2000 from the University of Texas, where he served as Research Assistant to Professor Douglas Laycock and participated in the clinical housing law program. Mr. Curl is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Away from the office, Mr. Curl enjoys mountain biking, hiking and spending time with his wife and two-year-old son, all of whom will soon be joined by a new addition to the family.
