Victoria HamiltonPhone: 303-442-1900 Victoria Hamilton concentrates her practice at Johnson & Repucci in the areas of general corporate, contractual matters and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, commercial leasing and commercial lending transactions, with an emphasis on sustainable development. Ms. Hamilton's sustainable development practice includes working with designers, contractors and subcontractors on contracts that address green building risks. Ms. Hamilton joins Johnson & Repucci after practicing in the New York office of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Her prior experience includes representing corporate clients in general corporate and contractual matters, commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international and domestic joint ventures, public offerings and the corporate aspects of bankruptcy. She also has experience representing issuers, investment banks, venture capital funds, individuals and placement agents in equity and debt private placements, as well as representing start-up companies in general corporate matters, including formation, employment agreements, stock option plans, non-disclosure agreements, strategic alliances, software license agreements, web site development agreements and co-marketing agreements. Ms. Hamilton received her B.A. from Middlebury College in 1990 and her M.A. in Italian in 1991 from Middlebury College. She attended Fordham Law School where she obtained her J.D. in 1995 and she was a senior editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. Ms. Hamilton is currently on the Board of Directors of the Boulder Green Building Foundation. Ms. Hamilton is also a member of the Commercial Building Committee of the Boulder Green Building Guild and she is a member of the Colorado Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. In addition, Ms. Hamilton is currently a member of the Legal Committee of the Community Foundation Serving Boulder County where she has worked on various real estate transactions involving donors to the Foundation. Ms. Hamilton has also served on the New York City Bar Association’s Art Law Committee and the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Non-Profits, chairing a symposium on Charities and the Internet. Ms. Hamilton is admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado and she is a member of the New York, Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations. In her spare time, Ms. Hamilton enjoys skiing and traveling. Ms. Hamilton is fluent in Italian.
