Lew M. Harstead, an associate at Johnson & Repucci LLP, practices primarily in the areas of real estate and general civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harstead worked for almost five years with Travelers Insurance Company as a staff counsel attorney litigating major subrogation cases throughout the western U.S. Mr. Harstead has successfully handled numerous cases involving property loss, product liability, and fire damage in all phases from investigation through trial and appeal.

Mr. Harstead was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business and Journalism from the University of Colorado in 1992. Mr. Harstead also received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado in 1996, where he also served as the National Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Law Student Division. Mr. Harstead currently resides in Boulder with his wife and three sons.

Mr. Harstead is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
