Land Use Matters
In addition to handling land use matters for our real estate
and water clients, we have represented numerous clients in hearings
before county and state land use commissions and boards. Representative
clients and projects include representation of Melody Homes,
Inc. in all major front range communities; before the Boulder
County Commissioners over special use permits for Eldora Mountain
Resort and for Caribou Ranch regarding water pipeline permitting;
representation of Young Life before the Grand County Commissioners
regarding special use and 1041 (water and wastewater) permitting;
before the Summit County Commissioners regarding the Whatley
Ranch planned unit development in Summit County; and before the
Town of Winter Park for the new Winter Park Village at the base
of Winter Park Resort and the new Lakota residential community
adjacent to Winter Park Resort. We have testified before State
of Colorado Senate and House Committees concerning land use and
water matters on behalf of our clients.
