We have provided development planning and legal consulting services in connection with The Fairways at Pole Creek (a combined golf course/residential development in Grand County); the new Lakota exclusive residential community in Winter Park; the new Winter Park Village under development at the base of the Winter Park Resort; Sunnyside at Telluride, a high-end residential development across from the Telluride ski area; the Longmont Business Center mixed-use commercial/light industrial/office development; Prospect New Town, a new urbanism development in Longmont; and numerous other large single- family developments up and down the front range and on the western slope as well.
